I run the data parsing, it was not successful.
Then I look at the logs. It said no logs found.

Looking at your job logs, it seems that you tried to parse a CSV file from Scopus using CorText Manager RIS format parser for Scopus. Am I right?
RIS is a standardized tagged format, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RIS_(file_format). Scopus allows users to export their bibliographic records in this format, with some additional specifications not defined in the original standard.
When exporting from Scopus as a CSV file, however, you should use the robust CSV parser (https://docs.cortext.net/data-formats/) in CorText Manager. It may require a bit of formatting and adding the publication year.

You may have encountered some parsing issues with your datastet(s) over the past few hours.
As part of our ongoing improvement efforts, we are currently developing new parsers and updating some existing ones.
Yesterday, we introduced a change that temporarily blocked part of the parsers, which may have affected your work. You can now restart the affected jobs (using robust csv for RIS Scopus files).
