I’ve followed thoroughly the instructions on how to fomat the csv for upload and parsing. I tried it in several ways: using LibreOffice and downloading from Sheets as tsv. Also tried to upload and parse as xls. For some reason, in different times, it apparently wasn’t recognized as in UTF8. Now I keep getting an unspecifc error message.
