Hi!
How is it possible in Cortext to know which articles have been associated to a topic in the topic modelling visualisation?
Thanks

Hi Fred,
As for Network Mapping script, Topic Model projects the documents on the “clusters”
When Topic Model ends, just use the Corpus Explorer script in order to associate one field of your documents (e.g. identifier and.or title) with the list of Topic found by document :
- Chose Corpus Explorer script
- In the “Fields to be shown” section: pick the field which begin by “projection_cluster_LDA_” and directly followed by the name of the field chosen to perform the Topic Model (could be something like: projection_cluster_LDA_abstract3_5 as it ends with some parameters)
- Add your identifier field and/or so other extra field (e.g. abstract)
- See the results
You can export the data in csv.
Amitiés,
