Hi,
My question concerns the dynamical part of the network analysis script.
I would like to understand by which measure or index the evolution path of clusters, represented by the tube layout, is identified.

Dear Mtt, the precise algorithm is described in this paper.
The inter-temporal matching of clusters is quite primitive as it broadly consists in measuring the overlap between cluster composition (weighing each node according to its centrality in their respective cluster)
